In between the busy school days and fashion week live-streams I happily found the time to finish this blogpost. I almost couldn’t wait to share it with you! The fashion weeks are fully present in our lives these days. Unfortunately I am not able to visit a fashions week myself. So, I follow all the live-streams where I can observe the newest of the newest fashion while writing this post. I am really happy with how the pictures turned out.

That day was one of the last warm and sunny days in Holland. I wanted to shoot at a location where the green leafs were fully present. A place where the sun gets the chance to shine through the trees, but where the shadows are present for an intense effect! The world – I am especially talking about the bigger cities – are getting bigger and bigger and more crowded. We, as people, need some personal space. We sometimes need to take a pause from all the action going on around us. We need a place to escape from the ordinary life. I escaped into the woods where I was surrounded with beautiful birds and brisk butterflies. As much as I love cities, for me there must always be a path back to the nature.

I was wearing waist-high chino pants by Vanilia. Top-brand! Their style is very minimalistic, yet bold. The material and quality is the best. I can live, sleep, work, sport, relax and party in these trousers! Vanilia is a modern concept store and their collections consist of 3 different labels: Sport Couture, Celebrate and Modern Business. It is fashion made for the modern woman. On top of that all the fashion is produced in a sustainable way. Love it! And before you start questioning: No I am not sponsored by them by writing this on my blog;) I honestly loooove the brand. The belt is from Vanilia too. I combined it with a Zara lace top. The shoes I bought in Munich in an amazing shop called “Thomas Shoes”. They are gold and bold! Sandals are never too bold to be worn. And about the bag, I have borrowed it from my mum : ). The best pieces are hidden in your mums and grandma’s closet. Go check it. I am sure you will find something special. With a little creativity you will manage to pull together the most amazing outfit in a glimpse of time.

I believe that action speaks louder than words, so I hope you enjoyed my words, but I most of all hope you will enjoy the action, the photography!
