ARCTIC COOLNESS

Shake it up, shake up the happiness, it’s Christmas time! This means food, food and more food.

Before Christmas, Jeanine and I managed to plan some photography time and we shot some amazing pictures. Very much fun! It was on a Sunday, so all shops here in the east part of Holland were closed. The advantage of the closed shops is the fact that there are almost no people around: amazing when photographing. That day the weather was cool like on the Arctic Circle. Time to take out my fake fur coat. It is from Zara and I seriously wear this coat every day to school, as it keeps me warm. Talking about warmth: in the winter my place-to-be is by the fireplace. My ideal situation: sitting by the fireplace somewhere in the Alps. With some good food. And, most importantly, the thought that the next day I will get up early and be the first one on the slopes to race down the mountain on my snowboard. Unfortunately, there is no snow here is Europe yet, so we will have to wait for the winter-experience…

Furthermore, I am wearing my favourite pair of ankle boots. I wear them everywhere: to parties, to school and to the city. A black bootie is always a good idea.

School is killing much this year! The good news is that there are a few more months to go and then I will have a long holiday as I will pass exams in May. For now, let’s focus on surviving the arctic coolness.

Yours,

Silvie
