IDENTITY ‘TYPICAL ME’

As I write this blogpost to you I have surrounded myself with Vogue magazines. I love to read Vogue as a source of inspiration. I always feel like I am in a different world while reading. I just totally dream away with these magazines. Furthermore, I am enjoying some dainty pure chocolate and a hot coffee. I love the taste of coffee; it is very rich and I feel like it activates all my taste buds!

The summer fashion collections have landed in the shops, which means we can lose all our extra summer-energy while running from shop to shop. Shopping is your opportunity to reinvent your style. I also love to reinvent mine from time to time. With reinventing my style I can become anyone I want to be; from cool, raw and edgy to vintage, classy and fresh. We all have our own fashion identities and at the beginning of a season these identities often change. My fashion identity for this summer is a big floppy hat with an outstanding red lip.

Today I share with you this ‘typical me’ fashion identity. This look has a little bit of everything. The jacket is black and heavy. Actually it is a piece one should wear in the winter. I combined it with a light and simple white top. It totally contrast with each other; it is new and I love to wear it as I feel ‘fresh’. I also like the hat in contrast with the flowy pants. The hat could be dull and boring, but combined with the flowy pants I believe it revives the hat. I love the colour of the pants, as it is different. I often wear black or white pants. I love the fact that this colour reflect all the sunlight and therefore keeps me cool whole day!
